I purchased this online as a birthday gift for a friend. His birthday was the following day and I just used my order confirmation to print something out to go along with his card. I have called NPD multiple times to see if the certificate is coming by email or mail and I can’t get an answer. I was told the department that handles these items would call me on two occasions. No call back or email and it’s been 2 weeks since the order was placed. My friend should be able to use the order number I was given, but why is it taking so long to receive a simple certificate or even an answer?
