The holes in the rubber are larger then the original and the screw head goes right thru them when you tighten them up.They looked great in the package.

The part worked The only problem the screw isn't good quality. The original screw is tapered on the end and manufactured out of better quality metal. The tapered makes it easier to install.

I'm not sure this fits a 1968 F100 bench seat. I was having the front seat reupholstered and there were none on the old seat and no holes to mount this when the seat was stripped. Upholstery shop didn't install but I'll try again in the future.
