This is a beautiful upholstery set. It differs from the original in that it has 2 fewer pleats per insert. The transfer of the seatback buttons is a pain and had to be soldered in place. On my set the seat back cover was not sewn completely where it meets the base on both sides. I had to take the cover back off and sew it up. May be a defect or may all be that way. The end product was just beautiful and fit right. It does come with hog ring pliers and hog rings but the pliers shipped with the cover are junk so buy the pliers by NPD and some of their hog rings, they are great.

YES I would recommend this product.
This is a beautiful upholstery set that is close to original. It differs in that it has 2 fewer pleats per insert. This is not a job for the timid or inexperienced. You must be patient and be willing to refit as many times as needed. Transfer of the old seat back buttons is difficult and requires solder skill. My seat back was not sewn as far as needed where it meets the base on both sides. I noticed this when comparing the old cover and the new but was not sure it would show. It did. I will have to take the upper cover off to sew it up. This may be a defect on this one seat cover or it could be a production error. If not for this I would have given 5 stars. The end result is beautiful and comfy. I believe this is the same upholstery sold by most suppliers but NPD had it in stock. It does come with hog rings and plier set but the pliers are cheap and difficult to use. Buy a quality set like the ones NPD sells and buy more hog rings as well.
